Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically added to your order. We ship packages via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which offers 2-3 day delivery to most domestic locations. Arrangements can be made to ship via UPS or FedEx by contacting us at customerservice@luckycrow.com. Shipping is free for orders totaling $50.00 or more. Free shipping is only available for orders in the United States . Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless other arrangements have been made. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you would like your order shipped outside of the United States please e-mail us at customerservice@luckycrow.com or call 503-914-5950 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Pacific Standard time) to place your order. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or Airmail Parcel Post and have an estimated transit time of 4-10 days.

We encourage customers to reuse or recycle the box their gift bags arrive in!

Note: If you chose Flat Rate Box please be advised that we will contact you by e-mail if your order will not fit in this size box (12" x 14" x 3.5"). Your shipping cost will then be changed to regular Priority Mail that is determined by the weight of your order. Thank you.
