If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lucky Crow you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. Returns must be received within 12 days of receipt of your order and a refund or store credit will be issued. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. Please keep all original packaging materials.

Please note that returned items purchased with the free shipping offer will have the standard shipping subtracted from the refund amount. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
